Leonard & Melissa
Being apprentice trained with city and guilds credentials, Leonard brings over thirty years of electrical engineering experience to MelTec. From domestic, modular, commercial, light and heavy industrial installations through to gas turbines instrument and controls in the power generation sector.
Having worked on many large projects in the UK from supervisory to project management level with many blue-chip companies inclusive of Siemens, General Electrical, Alstom to name a few.
Leonard personally interviews every potential targeted candidate placement because it's very important to us to ensure dependability whilst having integrity.
Along with years of recruitment, managerial and HR experience we are here to ensure candidate and client are supported through the recruitment process.​
